Is Your Club Ready for the LTA's Minimum Safeguarding Standards?

From 1 October 2018, as part of the LTA's 2018/19 Club Registration process, new mandatory standards are being introduced to help your venue become a safer place for all involved.

The 5 standards required from each club are:

1. Agree, embrace and display a Safeguarding Policy
2. Agree and adopt a Diversity & Inclusion Policy
3. To have a trained Welfare Officer
4. All coaches and relevant volunteers to have satisfactory criminal record/DBS checks
5. Undertaken an Annual Risk Assessment
